In February 2025, the Lansing Sports Commission launched its FIERCE initiative with the inaugural FIERCE Women in Sports event, created to recognize and support women in the sports industry. As the Women in Sports event returns in 2026, the Lansing Sports Commission is also introducing a new addition to the FIERCE series: the first-ever FIERCE Girls in Sports Clinic

The clinic will take place on February 7 at the Don Johnson Fieldhouse in Lansing, Michigan. Designed for girls in grades 3–6, this $10 clinic offers young athletes the opportunity to try non-traditional sports while building confidence, leadership skills, and meaningful connections.

Below, meet the women leading each sport station and learn how their experience helps shape the FIERCE Girls in Sports Clinic.
