Brendan is a graduate of the Michigan State University School of Journalism and has been with the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau since 2005. As the Manager of Marketing Communications for the GLCVB and the Greater Lansing Sports Authority, Brendan handles numerous design, writing and media coordination responsibilities. As a life-long Greater Lansing resident, Brendan has a firm understanding of the many strengths of the Capital region as a sports, conference and leisure destination.

The Greater Lansing community is proud to be hosting the Michigan State USBC WBA 92nd Annual Championship Tournament at Royal Scot golf and Bowling Center every weekend from now until May 5, 2019. The best female bowlers from across the state are coming to Michigan’s Capital City for top competition and a whole lot of fun besides.

A new era in sports for Michigan’s Capital region was announced yesterday on the field of Cooley Law School Stadium in downtown Lansing. Seven representatives from numerous partnering entities took turns addressing the crowd and media members to announce the only professional soccer team for the state of Michigan, Lansing Ignite.
